Last Year Resolutions

I have to say that I've failed my resolutions...
So, the first blog of the last year I said: 

• I wanted to do more exercice - FAILURE! I did it for a month, I dind't find the right motivation
• I want to read more - WIN! I have to say that is not to hard to read for me, because I love reading and I read a lot of books, but not 50, not even close (if everything I read to study counted, I'm shore that I would be successfull)
• I wanted to write more, because I love to write (at some point of my life I wanted to be a writer). I wrote some things, but not like much more than the previous year...
• I wanted to be more pacient, don't argue,do things that makes me happy and stay relaxed. So I did things that make me happy, very happy and I was more pacient, but at some point, to get out of my comfort zone I dind't stay that relaxed (I'm kinda anxious), but that's ok because last year I did the most incredible things of my life! (spring break, college, new friends ... ) 

Last year was the year of change for me, I hope this year will be much better!

HAPPY 2016

Eu tenho de dizer que eu falhei nas minhas resoluções...

Portanto, no meu primeiro blog do ano passado eu disse que:

• Eu queria fazer mais exercicio fisico - FALHANÇO! Eu fi-lo por um mês, não encontrei a motivação correta.
• Eu queria ler mais - VITÓRIA! Tenho de dizer que não é muito dificil para mim ler, porque eu amo ler e leio muitos livros, mas não 50, nem perto (se tudo o que eu lesse para estudar contasse, tenho a certeza que teria sido bem sucedida)
• Eu queria escrever mais, porque eu adoro ler (numa certa altura da minha vida eu queria ser escritora). Eu escrevi algumas coisas, mas não muito mais que no ano anterior...
• Eu queria ser mais paciente, não discutir, fazer coisas que me fazem feliz e estar relaxada. Portanto eu fiz coisas que me fazem feliz, muito feliz e eu fui mais paciente, mas a certo ponto, para sair da minha zona de conforto eu não fiquei assim tão relaxada (sou um bocado nervosa/ansiosa), mas não faz mal porque no ano passado eu fiz as coisas mais incríveis da minha vida! (viagem de finalista, faculdade, novos amigos....)

O ano passado foi o ano da mudança para mim, eu espero que este ano seja muito melhor!

So I decided to do a Spotify playlist with Christmas songs!!!!

I love Christmas and I love to listen christmas songs, expecialy when christmas is coming.

I'm very busy now, with college and stuff and I wanted to write a blog post about it, because I'm loving it. I really am. And I wanted to share that excitment with the world. What do you think?

Eu amo o natal e amo ouvir músicas de natal, especialmente quando este se está a aproximar.

Eu estou muito ocupada agora, com a faculdade e assim e eu queria escrever um post sobre isso, porque eu estou a adorar. Estou mesmo. E eu queria partilhar essa excitação com o mundo. O que achas?

Por favor, recomenda-me algumas músicas de natal. Eu gosto dos clássicos, mas eu aceito qualquer coisa.

AUTUMN FELLINGS

I can't tell what I love more about autumn/fall time. The leaves, the smell...

So I'm going to tell you my 5 favourite fellings in the autumn. I saw a youtube video about 15 of best fellings, I wanted to talk about it, but autumn related.

Let's get started!

1) When you buy freshly made roasted chestnuts (my favourite!)

2) When you stop and just watch the brown, red and orange leaves falling from the trees

3) When you realize you still can use skirts with a nice jumper and not be cold!

4) It's the time when your favourite tv shows come back (right? #onceuponatime #thevampirediaries #arrow #thewalkingdead #homeland #thereisnotenoughashtags)

5) I just started college, and I feel I belong somewhere. One of the best fellings is when you know you belong somewhere.

Pretty on heels

So today I have a couple of outfits to show you. I like to wear them in the summer, when it's hot and show the best of me. Because, if I don't feel pretty why other people have to find me pretty?

Portanto hoje eu tenho dois looks que eu vos quero mostrar. Eu gosto de usá-los no verão, quando está calor e mostrar o melhor de mim. Porque se eu não me sentir bonita, porque que as outras pessoas me acharão bonita?

Summer Playlist

It's summer! And I instantly think about beach, pool, partys, boys and music. 

So I'm going to leave here my most listened songs so far this summer, so far.

Makeup is not just what you put on your face to hide a zit or isn't a  black line that you draw over your eyes. Makeup is a way to express ourselves, to enfatize the best parts of your face, to be able to show our feelings and emotions with a single colour. To be more presentable to many ocasions, to show you care, to show you don't care, to let them know you love yourself, and to let them see the you want to be loved.

Makeup is not just a lipstick and a mascara, it's much more than that, makeup is life. My life.

Carnaval de Loures (Carnival 2015)

Here in Portugal we love Carnival and we love celebrate it. I personaly love to wear costumes because it's a really good way to express ourselves. So I'll leave some photos of the Carnival that I went. Have fun seeing it.

It's late but they came! 

Aqui em Portugal nós adoramos o Carnaval e adoramos celebrá-lo. Eu pessoalmente adoro mascarar-me porque é uma ótima maneira de nos expressar-nos. Portanto eu deixarei umas fotos do Carnaval que eu fui. Divirtam-se a vê-las.

Favourite Nail Polish ♥

I've tried to find some inspiration, something to write about and share it with you, but is been dificult because all of the exams that I have right now (by the way I should be studying). The only thing that I do without being studying is reading and cooking, but again I don't have time to take photos of my cakes or pancakes, but I do have time to talk about books, but even if I talked about it the most of them were by portuguese authors and only in portuguese and I don't know if it would be benefit you, so again I come back to fase 0. 

So I decided to talk about my nail polish colection and some of my favourites (I won't talk about all of them because obvious reasons).
Eu tenho tentado encontrar alguma inspiração, alguma coisa para escrever e partilhar, mas tem sido difícil por causa dos testes que eu tenho agora (já agora eu devia estar a estudar). A única coisa que eu faço sem ser estar a estudar é ler e cozinhar, mas mais uma vez eu não tenho tempo de tirar fotos dos meus bolos ou panquecas, mas eu tenho tempo para falar de livros, mas mesmo que eu falasse de livros a maioria deles são portugueses (e eu não escrevo só para leitores portugueses e eu não sei como isso iria beneficiá-los), portanto novamente volto à fase 0.
Portanto eu decidi falar sobre a minha coleção de vernizes e alguns dos meus favoritos (não vou falar sobre todos eles por razões óbvias).  

I'll devide them by 3 sectors:

Vou dividi-los por 3 setores:

 1) Essence 

     Colour and Go

     I have a few nail polish by essence and I really like them, they are my favourites and they last a reasonable amount of time. These 3 ones are my favourites (you'll see lots of blue, pink and red in this post) 

     Eu tenho alguns vernizes da essence e eu gosto mesmo deles, eles são os meus favoritos e eles duram um razoável espaço de tempo. Este 3 são os meus preferidos (irão ver muitos azuis, rosas e vermelhos neste post)

2)Sephora

   Sephora is the brand that I have more nail polishes: they are cheap and because most of the time I have what is called in portuguese: "verniz gel/unhas de gel/gelinho, sorry I don't know what is called in english - I think that is gel polish/gelish - I don't see why I should spend a lot of money in essie nail polish for exemple. These are some of my favourites:
   Sephora é a marca que eu tenho mais vernizes: eles são baratos e porque a maior parte do tempo uso verniz gel/gelinho eu não vejo o porquê de gastar muito dinheiro em vernizes de Essie por exemplo. Estes são alguns dos meus favoritos:

3)Others

   I have some that I don't even know te brand but they are really pretty and nice and I like them a lot. 

   Eu tenho alguns que eu nem sei a marca mas eles são muito bonitos e bons e eu gosto muito deles.

New Year, New Life

Happy 2015! So 2014 is over and we all can start over and do the things we want to do to became happier.

I loved 2014, it was one of the best years I had. It had ups and downs but the ups were really really good.

I want 2015 to be like 2014 but better, and my first resolution is to do more exercise, so I downloaded and app - 7 minutes of exercise (or something like that) and I'll use it (for start) once a week , that is a lot for me. My next resolution is to read more (I love to read and I read a lot, but I would like to read more). I saw a post on 9gag "2015 reading challenge" (fig. 2) , so I'll try that.

Another resolutions are: to write more, to be more pacient, don't argue with anybody and to do things that makes me happy. And also stay relaxed! 

I hope you all had an amazing 2014 and hope you have a better 2015. Start the year well, ok? :)

Feliz 2015! Portanto 2014 acabou e podemos todos começar de novo e fazer as coisas que queremos fazer para sermos mais felizes.

Eu adorei 2014, foi um dos melhores anos que tive. Teve altos e baixos mas os altos foram muito bons.

Eu quero que 2015 seja igual a 2014 mas melhor, e a minha primeira resolução é fazer mais exercício, portanto eu fiz o download de uma aplicação - 7 minutos de exercicio (ou uma coisa assim) e eu vou usá-la (para começar) uma vez por semana, que já é muito para mim. A minha próxima resolução é ler mais (eu adoro ler e eu leio muito, mas gostava de ler mais). Eu vi um post no 9gag "2015 reading challenge" (fig. 2), portanto vou experimentar isso.

Outras resoluções são: escrever mais, ser mais paciente, não discutir com ninguém e fazer coisas que me façam feliz. E também estar relaxada!

Eu espero que todos vocês tenham tido um 2014 espetacular e espero que tenham um 2015 ainda melhor. Comecem bem o ano, ok? :)

Christmas Mashup (DIY & Lush product)

It's almost Christmas and this is my favourite time of the year and I like to personalize my gifts. So this year I tried to make labels (to put in jars, to put in a nice envelope or to stick it to the wrapping paper...) and it makes a huge diference and make the presents look good and pretty.

So to make my labels I decid to google labels and I printed some nice labels with pretty corners and then I draw the labels in cardboards and I cut them ! Is simple as that ! Then is just write whatever you want to write.

É quase Natal e é a minha época preferida do ano e eu gosto de personalizar os meus presentes. Portanto, este ano eu tentei fazer os meus rótulos/etiquetas (para meter em jarros, para meter num envelope ou para colar ao papel de embrulho...) e faz uma enorme diferença e faz com que os presentes pareçam bons e bonitos.

Portanto para fazer estes rótulos eu decidi pesquisar no google a palavra "labels" e imprimi alguns rótulos giros com cantos bonitos e depois eu desenhei-os em cartolinas e cortei-os! É tão simples quanto isso ! Depois é só escrever qualquer coisa que queiras escrever.

 Don't forget to use lips balms in winter , because the lips became driest and we want them to look moist. So my favourites lip balms are: Greenland mango lip balm and H&M blueberry blues lipbutter. I really like these ones but if you know any lip balms or lipbutters that you find better let me know in the comments.

Não se esqueçam de usar bálsamo de lábios no inverno, porque os lábios ficam mais secos e nós queremos que eles fiquem exatamente o contrário. Os meus bálsamos de lábios favoritos são: Greenland mago lip balm (é de manga) e H&M blueberry blues lipbutter (é de mirtilos!). Eu gosto muitos destes mas se souberem algum que gostem mais digam-me nos comentários.

 Another thing I like to use (and I wanted to talk about it because is limeted edition) is the Lush Snow Fairy shower gel. Oh my god, it smells amazing! It smells like candy and is so smooth in the body. The first time I tried it I was fascinated by that. 

I think Lush only sells this in the winter time , but I think they sell it every year. I recomend it to everybody that loves sweet scents, if you don't like sweet scents you'll not like it.

Outra coisa que eu gosto de usar (e eu queria falar disto porque é edição limitada) é o gel de banho Snow Fairy da Lush. Oh meu deus, cheira maravilhosamente! Cheira a doces e é tão suave no corpo. A primeira vez que o experimentei fiquei fascinada. 

Eu penso que a Lush só vende este gel de banho no inverno, mas eu penso que o vende todos os anos. 

Eu recomendo a toda a gente que gostas de aromas doces , se não gostas de amores doces não vais gostar.
